We ship all our products via Priority Mail with the United States Postal Service. Shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on where you are located in the United States. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.
We make every attempt to ship orders within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If the buyer is not satisfied with any product, it may be returned for a refund or exchange. Please contact us at 1-800-916-8927 or email@example.com before returning your product.
To be eligible for a return, ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date, ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We refund ONLY the purchase price of the returned item; WE DO NOT REFUND HANDLING & SHIPPING CHARGES.
Allow 30 days for us to receive and process your return.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com for exchange authorization, you will be contacted by a customer service member within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
Pricing and Taxes
All prices are in US Dollars. LaRue Health is required to collect tax on all goods shipped within Texas.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. SHIPPING COSTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
IT IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance that can provide you with "proof of delivery." We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
